Katrina: But first…coffee
WHAT’S YOUR MORNING BEAUTY ROUTINE?
Karena: Very first thing I do is drink a glass of water. It helps re-hydrate my body and skin after sleeping.
Katrina: I wash my face with a natural cleanser, and if I have an extra few minutes, I also put on a Mermaid Masque! It’s great for keeping my skin smooth and clear.
FAVORITE A.M. BEAUTY PRODUCTS?
Katrina: One of our go-to products every morning is our Sea Salt Texture Spray. Regardless of what we’re doing that day, it’s the perfect product to quickly spritz in our hair for that “beach babe” look.
WHAT’S FOR BREAKFAST?
Karena: I like to have a protein smoothie. One of my faves is the Coconut Kale Beauty Smoothie!
Katrina: I love Perfect Fit Pancakes! I like to top them with cacao nibs and a few berries. Mmmmmmm!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO GET READY IN THE MORNING?
K&K: Depends on the destination!
WHAT’S YOUR NIGHTLY ROUTINE BEFORE BED?
Karena: I like to stretch out a bit or go on an evening stroll to unwind and calm my mind.
Katrina: I look through the #TIUTeam hashtag on Instagram, and go through community check-ins from the day on ToneItUp.com. Gotta see what my girls are up to.
WHAT TV SHOWS, BOOKS, PODCASTS AND MAGAZINES ARE YOU INTO?
Karena: One of my favorite books is The Power of Now. I’ve read it multiple times.
FAVORITE BEDTIME SNACK?
Katrina: We try to avoid snacking around bedtime, so some of our favorite ways to stave off the late-night munchies is to sip on some decaffeinated tea. We love our Perfect Fit Unwind tea.
Karena: Also, I like to add in a glass of water two hours or so before I go to bed. Sometimes I slice a few cucumbers or lemon and add those for some flavor.
WHAT’S THE LAST THING YOU DO BEFORE YOU FALL ASLEEP?
Karena: Kiss my fiancé, Bobby, and my dog, Skunk, goodnight.
Katrina: Snuggle up to my husband, Brian, to get my feet warm!
